To make my bias adjustable on my 69 Princeton Reverb I added a 20K trim pot between the 22K resistor and the capacitor. As you can see, I mounted the trim pot on a piece of plastic using JB weld. This is a mod that can be easily reversed and does not permanently modify the amp.
